Last summer I hit 15 stone 13lb. Once I stopped shrieking that there must be an intruder in the house and realised it was in fact just lardy old me, I decided to launch...

MY LAST EVER WEIGHT LOSS MISSION!
HOW?   NO DIETING, NO GYM - that nonsense just sends me back to the biscuit tin in a bad mood without a life jacket. Instead, I've opted for positive thinking, being a lot nicer to myself, eating a little less, a little better. 
WHAT WILL YOU FIND IN THIS BLOG? As well as tracking the emotional roller coaster of my weight loss mission, I'm always exploring things personal development and psychology related. If it appears to help keep me even slightly more sane, happy or healthy, I'll let you know!
CAN YOU REALLY BLOG YOURSELF SLIM?   Well, I have a few ups and and downs, as you'll see, not to mention a whole cast of nagging voices in my head, but when I stick to my mission (and my blog!) it does oddly seem to work.
